My Vape Pen Isn’t Working—What Should I Do?

If your vape pen isn’t working, try these troubleshooting steps:

1️⃣ Clear Any Blockages

💨 Blow into the bottom of the pen near the charging port to create airflow. This helps clear any clogs or blockages.
💨 Take a firm pull from the mouthpiece—this can help kickstart the airflow.

2️⃣ Check the Battery

🔌 While our pens come pre-charged, try plugging it in using a USB Type-C cable for a couple of hours.
💡 Look for a white light when plugged in and three white blinks when unplugged—this indicates it’s charged and ready to go.

3️⃣ Prevent Future Clogs

✔ Keep your vape upright whenever possible to avoid clogging or leaking.
