Normally, when you place an order, we automatically send a confirmation email with your order details and number. If you haven’t received it, try these steps:
✔ Check your spam/junk folder—sometimes emails end up there.
✔ Look for typos in your email address—if you entered it incorrectly at checkout, our system won’t be able to send the confirmation.
Pending Charges & Address Mismatch
If you saw an address mismatch message at checkout, your bank may have placed a temporary hold on your funds for each failed attempt. These charges aren’t processed by us—they’re just pending authorizations. The funds should be released back to your account within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your bank’s policy.
To prevent this, make sure the billing address on your order matches the one your bank has on file. You can ship to any address, but your billing details must match exactly for the payment to go through.
